JetCafe is dedicated to allowing members to exercise their human freedoms and personal responsibilities by allowing more freedom to use the internet than most current organizational policies permit.

At JetCafe, members are free to interact with one another or the rest of the Internet through standard or non-standard internet communication protocols. Members activities are the responsibility of the member, and members agree as the condition of joining that the cost and responsibility for legally defending their actions is their own. In this respect, JetCafe acts as a common-carrier distributor.

We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Humans are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Unhindered Communications, Unregulated Exchange of Ideas, and Freedom of Speech, that to secure these rights the Internet is instituted on networks of the world, that when any administration of the Internet becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right, and indeed the Duty, of the People to alter or to abolish it and to institute new administration, laying its foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Free Communication.
